Club-Internet/T-Online, one of the leading Internet service providers in France, is a business unit of the T-Online Group of Deutsche Telekom. Founded in 1995, Club Internet is a pioneer of the Internet in France, having launched the first fixed rate (telephone and access) Internet package in June 1999, the first ADSL package in November 2000 and the first broadband portal with the first ADSL TV service. Club Internet is building Motive’s broadband self-management capabilities into its services to automate a number of DSL subscriber installation, configuration, and problem diagnosis and repair processes. When contact with a live agent is required, Motive’s technology enables Club Internet customers to request automated assistance over the Web, over the phone, or as part of an interactive application.
